<br /> tias objectinq to the Board for not publicly discussing the final decision making
<br /> of each applf.cation. Also, she would arrange an appointment with the City
<br /> Attorney £or guidance aud guidel.ines for the Board to follow.
<br /> Board members Mr. Russell and D]r, Baird stated they would be open to discuss
<br /> any guidelines or changes the City attorney may suggest to .the Board.
<br /> A hearing was held on the application of Robert Burdette,. 2310 Hoyt, Everett,
<br /> WA, 98201� £or a variance from Section 15.18.040, Everett h7unicipal Code,
<br /> Yard ReSuirements, Paragraph "B", Side Yard, for permission to build a
<br /> gazage on the north property line because of an existing concrete slab rather
