The <br /> development project site is located on the north end of 23rd Avenue West just north of Merrill <br /> Creek Parkway. Figure 1 shows the project site viciniry. Access to the site will be provided by a <br /> constructing an extension of 23rd Ayenue West north to the project site. A single proposed <br /> driveway at the end of the 23rd Avenue West extension will serve the Church and Academy <br /> parking area. Figure 2 shows the proposed site access and circulation plan. <br /> Project Description <br /> 7he Northshore Christian Church (NCC) facility preposes to develop an I1,000 square foot <br /> ��•orship area for the congregation services as a part of the Church and Academy development. <br /> Sen�ices are currently held on Saturday evenings from 6:IS to 730 p.m. and on Sunday mornings <br /> beginning at S:IS a.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m. Future worship schedules are expected to <br /> remain the same as existing at this time. <br /> 7'he Northshore Christian Academy (NCA) currently enrolls 199 students at their existing <br /> facility. The proposed p:oject will allow for a planned student increase of up to 377 students by <br /> the 1'ear 2000-2001 academic year. Of the 377 students projected, approximately I 12 swdents <br /> are allocated to the Preschool (40), Prekinder (32), and Kindergarten (4')) grade levels. The <br /> �emainins 265 swdents will attend first to eighth grade dasses. <br />
