The contribution is determined by the number of project-generated trips <br /> occurring during the p.m. peak and the City's traffic mitigation impact fee of $1,006 per p.m. <br /> peak trip. <br /> Based on the mitigation criteria described above, the total pro-rata share cost contribution to the <br /> City for the proposed Northshore Christian Church and Academy development is $131,786 (131 <br /> trips x$1,006 per trip)to mitigate its traffic impacts on the arterial strcet system. <br /> We trust that this letter report will assist the City of Everett in your review and permit approval <br /> process of the proposed Northshore Christian Church in Southwest Everett.
