The landscape standards in the Everett Municipal Code (Section 35) and the Seaway <br /> Center Master Plan apply to this project. A landscape plan has been reviewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Department as part of the project review process. Prior to the <br /> issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and approved by the <br /> Planning Department per Sections 35.100 Zoning Code. The landscaping pian must show <br /> location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, <br /> rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2-foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be <br /> provided in all landscaped areas per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2-year <br /> maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per Section 35.1306 <br /> of the Zoning Code. NOTE: The applicant has requested a Landscape Modification under <br /> Section 35.070 of the Everett Municipal Code. The proposed modification is for a deviation <br /> to the width of planting at the base of the building as required by the EMC. The Everett <br /> Planning Director has approved the proposed Landscape Modification and the Landscape <br /> Plan dated May 6, 2011. Please see attached Review Process I Administrative Decision. <br /> 22. Outdoor Liqhtinq —A ligh!ing plan must be provided for the building exterior and site <br /> perimeter. Lighting must be designed to reduce glare on adjacent properties and provide <br /> on-site security. <br /> 23. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of ail known, available, and <br /> reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust generated during construction. <br /> 9 <br />
