CITY OF EVERETT DEPARTMENT OF CODE COMPLIANCE <br /> STIPULATION FOR REPAIRS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT <br /> THIS STIPULATION is made and entered inta on this 11�' day of February, 1999, by <br /> and between the City of Everett Department of Code Compliance, hereinafter referred <br /> to as "Code Compliance," and Dr. James G. Surtace, an owner of record of the building <br /> located at 1509 — 23rd Street in Everett, Washington, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Surface." . <br /> WITNESSETH: � <br /> WHEREASd Surface has represented to Code Complian� that the building located at <br /> 1509 — 23 Street is currently being used as a group home for adults recovering from <br /> alcohol and drug addiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, Code Compliance has inspected the building tocated at 1509 = 23`� Street <br /> in Everett and has determined that conditians exist that are are violations of the Everett <br /> housing ordinance and/or dangerous building ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, Code Compliance has advised Surface that said violations exist and that <br /> the City of Everett is entitled to seek abatement thereof under Chapter 1.20 of tt.e <br /> Everett Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Surface has acknowledged that said violations exist at this location; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties herein do mutually stipulate as follows: <br /> STIPULATION F�JR REPAIRS AND I <br /> ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE <br />
