CITY OF EVERETT DEPARTMENT OF CODE COMPLIANCE STIPULATION FOR REPAIRS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT THIS STIPULATION is made and entered inta on this 11�' day of February, 1999, by and between the City of Everett Department of Code Compliance, hereinafter referred to as "Code Compliance," and Dr. James G. Surtace, an owner of record of the building located at 1509 — 23rd Street in Everett, Washington, hereinafter referred to as "Surface." . WITNESSETH: � WHEREASd Surface has represented to Code Complian� that the building located at 1509 — 23 Street is currently being used as a group home for adults recovering from alcohol and drug addiction; and WHEREAS, Code Compliance has inspected the building tocated at 1509 = 23`� Street in Everett and has determined that conditians exist that are are violations of the Everett housing ordinance and/or dangerous building ordinance; and WHEREAS, Code Compliance has advised Surface that said violations exist and that the City of Everett is entitled to seek abatement thereof under Chapter 1.20 of tt.e Everett Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, Surface has acknowledged that said violations exist at this location; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties herein do mutually stipulate as follows: STIPULATION F�JR REPAIRS AND I ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE
