This acti��ity falls under the rPquirements of the <br /> Special Property Use Permit Section of the Everett Municipal Code. That section <br /> of the Code is enclosed for your information. My staff did discuss your proposal <br /> with the Assistant City Attorney who concurred that your proposed school <br /> � operation is an expansion of the activity occurring on your property and therefore <br /> is subject to all Special Property Use Permit regulations.
