At the time of the 1989 reconnaissance,the site�vas devoid of vegetation as a result of recently <br /> ' grading activities. M existing building foundation and 7-foot deep by 5-foot diameier cistem were <br /> located in the western poRion of the site. These sWctures were removed as paA of the original site <br /> development and were locaied outside of the areas of the proposed addition. The site s!oped gently <br /> downward from east to west having an overall m�ief of approximately 3 ft.
