Although the new addition to <br /> the southem portion of the building would result in a 20 foot separation from the <br /> south property line and the new addition to the eastem portion of the building <br /> would result in a 25 foot separation from the east property line, the landscapino is <br /> sufficient so that it will not significantly impact other properties in the area. Because <br /> the parking spaces on-ske are being relocated to the east side of the existing <br /> building, there will be some disruption of the landscaping. The remaining <br /> landscaping on the east, however, will be preserved as an effective buffer to the <br /> abuning resfdences, The remaining landscaping on-site will not be changed. <br /> (exhibk 1) <br /> 14. The new emergency generator will provide power in the event of corrmercial <br /> power failure. 5uch a generator has a potential for creating irritants, induding <br /> noise. The Applicant hes Indicated that the emergency generator will be placed <br /> in a"quiet Site' housing unit.
