Because the parking spaces on-ske are being relocated to the east side of the existing building, there will be some disruption of the landscaping. The new emergency generator will provide power in the event of corrmercial power failure. 5uch a generator has a potential for creating irritants, induding noise. The Applicant hes Indicated that the emergency generator will be placed in a"quiet Site' housing unit.
