All rate:c and charges so paid shall be credited toward the sewer connection <br /> charges applicabl� at such time as the property is connected. It is the City's intent to <br /> begin the arolical�le monthly sewer service charge, currently $38.40 per month for a <br /> single family residt�nce, if this charge has not already been started. <br /> A sewer connection to the City of Everett's public sewer system requires Uayment of <br /> various fees. These connection fees vary by home size, commercial type, and <br /> outstar-Jing area bond and/or latecomer charges. This letter is intended for the current <br /> owner of the lisced property.
