Enclosed find a copy of that letter. There <br />is aproximately ten cubic yards of dirt which has been dumped <br />in the alley r.i.ghrof-way behind 2502, 2504 & 2506 Grand Ave. by <br />a man who resides at: <br />1212 - 25th <br />Everett, WA 9820.1 <br />He has removed this dirt from the rear of his house exposing the <br />foundation and sewer lines. To my knowledge he has nu permit to <br />do this. Your prompt i.nte.rcedence whould be appreciated before <br />the privacy fence put up by the del.i.2.i.n response to a special use <br />heari.ng,starts to collaspe. Now that two weeks has lapsed and <br />your Alley Engineer has been out to the alley on another problem, <br />I am concerned about the liability of the City of Everett if someone <br />would become injured or killed due to the collaspe of the structure <br />at 1212 - 25th!!!! <br />Sincerely yours, <br />Michael S.
