I noted in <br />the past two weeks the removal of conside.,.•ble dirt via wheelbarrow <br />and the dumping of same on the west side of the alley accross from <br />the address of 1212-25th and behind on the far side of the alley <br />behind property which I own at 2506 Grand. At no time did I see <br />permits posted and am cognazant that " a Public Works Permit is <br />required for any location .inside the City that fill dirt taken <br />off the property is to be dumped". Your prompt attention in this <br />matter will be greatly appreciated as I feel that the dumped dirt' <br />is an unsafe condition now that the rains have arrived and the dirt <br />it at the top of a cliff.
