The specific requeat ia to allow a lot depth of 62 feet inetead <br /> of the required 80 feet. A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing <br /> Ezaminer of the City of Everett on October 18, 19?U. Staff Report <br /> 2. Vicinity Map <br /> 3. Narrative Statemeat of Applicant <br /> 4. Preliminary Short Plat Map <br /> 5. Plot Plan Eahibit <br /> 6. Noise Study Dated 9/27/90 by Towne, Richarda, & Chaudiere, Inc. <br /> 7. Enlarged Copy of Preliminary Shurt Plat Map (ezhibit 4) <br /> After due consideration of the teattmony and evidence presented by the <br /> Applicant; teatimony and evidence elicited during the public hearing; and as <br /> the reault of the persoaal inspection of the aubject property and eurrounding <br /> areas by the Everett Hearing Egaminer, the following findings of fact and <br /> conclusiona conetitute the basis of the decieion of the Everett Hearing <br /> Eaaminer. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. The Applicant requested approval of a variance from the lot depth <br /> standarde of the City of Everett's Subdivision Ordinance. The Everett <br /> Municipal Code (EMC) 18.24.170.D requires that lots that do not abut an <br /> arterial street must have a minimum lot depth of 80 feet. The Applicant <br /> seeke a variance from this standard. <br />
