Mr. Novak represented 'himself and had nothing more to add to his <br />application. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br />the facts, it was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by Mr. Krist-iansen, <br />and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's request for the <br />following reasons: <br />1. The applicant's request meets the requirements of the <br />Everett Municipal Cede, Section 19.70.060, Subsections <br />IL_ 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />A hearing was held <br />on the application of Roger Anthony, <br />6818 <br />Wetmore, Everett, <br />WA 98201, for a variance from Section <br />19.08.010, <br />Everett Municipal <br />Code, Land Use, Paragraph B, for permission <br />to <br />front on a public <br />dedicated street for twenty (20) feet <br />rather <br />than the code requirement <br />of forty (40) feet. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />The north 100 feet of that portion <br />of the <br />NEk of the NEB; of Section 7, Township <br />28 <br />North, Range 5 East W.M. described <br />as follows: <br />Commencing at the NE corner of said <br />section; <br />thence South 180 feet; thence West <br />30 feet to <br />the true point of beginning; thence <br />South <br />351.2 feet; thence West 310.7 feet; <br />thence <br />North 351.2 feet; thence East 310.7 <br />feet to <br />the true point of beginning. <br />ADDRESS: 6818 Wetmore Ave. <br />ZONING: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence <br />Mr..Anthony made the statement that he had sold seven (7) feet <br />of the northeasterly portion of his proposed driveway because of <br />an existing portion of a concrete slab.
