LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 29 & 30, Block 346, Plat of Everett <br />Division "L". <br />ADDRESS: 1706 Colhy Avenue <br />ZONING: R-2 Single Family high Density Residence <br />Mr. Ray Kirtley represen+-Pd Mrs. Kirtley and stated a new list <br />of names of the people within 300 feet had been submitted to the <br />City and each of these people were notified of Mrs. Kirtley's <br />intent. <br />There was no opposition -from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subiect property and considering all <br />the facts, it was moved by Mr. Kristiansen, seconded by Mr. Black, <br />and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's request for the <br />following reasons: <br />1. It meets the requirements for granting jurisdictional <br />variances as set forth in E.M.C. (Everett Municipal Code), <br />Section 19.70.060, Subsections 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />The next application to be heard was under new business and con- <br />cerned a request by Richard Sullivan, 2011 Grand Ave, Everett, <br />WA 98201, for an extension of his variance granted September 13, <br />1976. Mr. Sullivan mentioned financing had been arranged and <br />his recent purchase of property to the south would now make his <br />proposed apartment complex feasible. <br />There was no opposition from the audience. <br />It was moved by Mr. Black, seconded by Mr. Kristiansen, and <br />unanimously carried to grant Mr. Sullivan's request for his <br />variance extension of one year or until September 13, 1978. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Edward Novak, 4918 - <br />27th Ave. E., Everett, WA 98203, for a variance from Section <br />19.12.050, Everett Municipal Code, Yard Requirements, Paragraph A, <br />for permission to construct a carport to within three (3) feet <br />of the front yard property line rather than the code requirement <br />of twenty-five (25) feet. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Beginning at the SE corner of the SE; of the <br />SEL of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 4 <br />E.W.M; thence North along the East line thereof <br />for 1153.25 feet to the true point of beginning; <br />thence West 100 feet; thence North parallel to <br />the East line of said subdivision 100 feet; <br />thence East 100 feet; thence South 100 feet to <br />the true point of beginning. <br />ADDRESS: 4918 - 27th Ave. W. <br />ZONING: R-S Single Family Suburban Residential <br />-5- <br />
