�. � <br />ATTACE{MLNT A <br />1. The fill material ahall be placed on-aite in eight inch lifte and <br />compacted in a manaer satiafactory for log atorage. The aite shall be <br />surfaced srith e.ither aspF3ltic concrere or cruahed gravel. <br />2• If practical, the propoaed log yard shall be paved as <br />aggregate-eurfaced yarde to reduce vaete diepoeal probleme. <br />3. If this eite is develcped as an unpaved atorage aree., it ahall have at <br />least a four foot selaration between ground surface and the vinter <br />trater table. <br />4. Dikes, drains, vegetaked buffer etrips, or other meane shall be ueed to <br />eneure that surface runoff ie collected and dis:harged from 2he etorage <br />ar.ea at one point, if poeaible. It ehall be demonatrated that State <br />Water quality Standarda ot criteria will not be violated by such runoff <br />diac6ar�e under any conditions of fl�w in nearby water cc�urees. If <br />auch demonatration is not posaible, treatment facilltiea for runoff <br />ehall be provided meeting State and Federal atandarda, <br />5. Accu�ilations of bark and ottier debris on the log etorage eite ehall be <br />kept out of. the water and drainage ayetems. This will be accompllahed <br />through periodic remnval of accumulated w�od debria from the site. <br />5. The project muet comply xith all the M-2 UFFD :':�avy Manufacturing Zone <br />regulatioae. Speclfically, [he above ground fuel tanka muet be p2aced <br />trro feet above the 100 year flood elevation to comply with the <br />requirementa of the Urban Flood gringe Diatrict. <br />7. All conetruction operations ahall meet the City and State noise <br />r�gulations. <br />$• The proposed fill ie to occur in an area that hae been used for <br />farming. A 35 foot buffer area is required adjacent to the exisL±ng <br />wetland on-site to provlde aeparation between the propoaed industrtal <br />use and r4e Wetlanda. In addition, to protect aide slope areas a <br />permanent fence muat be placed along the edge of the buffer. <br />9• Detailed drawinga in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standarda ahall be aubmitted to the Public Worka Department ahoWing <br />eite Qarking layout, landacaping, utilitiea., storm drainage, temporary <br />construction eroaion control, and all required improvements in the <br />public right-of-way. Fublic Works Department approval of these <br />draxings ia required prior to any permita being isaued. A]1 <br />improvements ahall be completed, approved, and Karranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit ie iasued. <br />10. �efore any permita are �.aeied by Public Worka, the Applicant ahall <br />determine whether or not a NPDES (Nati�nal Pollution Diacharge <br />Etlmina[ion System) permit is required for stormvater discharge from <br />this site. If the Applicant hae a permit, or needa one, the proposed <br />alteratione could affect the condi:iona of t_he permit. If a NPDES <br />permit ia required, this application ehould be circulated to the <br />
