The berme� area ahall be paved with Portland cement concrete for <br />permanent inatallatione. The bermed area ahall be large enough, and <br />the berma high enough, to contaia 110 percent of the largest tank's <br />total volume or lOx of the total tank volume, vhichever ie largest. <br />An outlet ahall be provided from the bermed area to a11oW drainage of <br />accumulated raia water. Accumulated rain water shall be released <br />frequently during the rret aeaeon. All runoff from areas irhere logs are to be eorted, etored, and/or <br />debarked must be treated in a wet pond prior to being diacharged from <br />the eite. Th1s requiremen[ appliee only to propoaed sorting, etorage, <br />and/or debarking areas, although the Applicant ahould coneider routing <br />as much runoff from ezieting areas to these facilities as is feasible. <br />The wetpond and vegetated errale or baffle-type oil/water aeparator nuet <br />be designed per City Standarda. <br />14. Any grading/fill oa this sita shall be done ao as to aot impact the <br />aurrounding propertiea. <br />15. Any increase in the number of employees at Buae Timber ahall require <br />approval from the Snohomish Health District for additional demand on the <br />aeptic sys[em. <br />1B. A fire hqdrant is required within 200 drivlag feet but not cl�oer than <br />50 feet of every etructure. <br />17. City atreets are to be kept clear of dirt and debrts at all times during <br />conatruction. Duat auppresaion and street c:_aning muat occur as <br />directed hy the Public Works Inepector. <br />18. The project aite plan included in the ehoreline perxit applicatioa must <br />meet the requirementa of WAC 173-14-110. <br />
