The Applicant is <br />inetructed to contact the Snohomiah Health District and ita <br />representative, Jeff Defenbach, at 339-5250. <br />20. The aite does have soil contamination by Pentachlorophenol that ezceede <br />MCTA cleaaup levele under Method B(Chapter 173-340WAC). Theae <br />contaminated areae muet not be covered until cleanup ia completed). <br />21. Additional ground staining from apilled fuel ie present on-site. The <br />above ground fuel tank aite must also addrese and provlde proof of <br />apillage cleanup. (Laboratozy results indicating clean soil.) <br />22. The project may fall under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act <br />adminlstered by ;.he Corpe of Engineera. The Applicant ie inetructed to <br />contact Gail Terzi at 764-3495 for epecifics. <br />23. The eide slope of the landfill ahall be hydroseeded or treated Sn a <br />manner acceptable to the Public Works Department to control er:�eion. <br />24. All development of the aubject property muat be in conformance with <br />Section 30 of the Zoniag Code. <br />25. Conatruction or aubstantial progresa toward conatruction of thie project <br />must be undertaken within two yeare after final approval of the permSt, <br />aad completed vithin five yeara. If the project has aot beea completed <br />in this time apan, the permit rill be reviewed by the Planning <br />Department, who vill either eatend the permit for one year or tarminate <br />the permit. <br />26. In addition to all of the above conditiona, the Applicant ehall be <br />required to comply with all condltions of the Mitigated Determinatioa of <br />Non-Significance ?98-91, as modified, previously isaued in thia matter. <br />
