Buse to extend the <br />temunation date for Shoreline Substantial Development Permit #14-91 for <br />two years to Anril 8, 1999. WAC 173-27-090(1) provides the following <br />language: <br />"Upon finding of good cause, based on the requirements and <br />circumstances of tl-�e project proposed and consistent witi� policy and <br />provisions of the master program and the act, local government may <br />adopt appropriate time limits as part of acrion on a substanHal <br />development permit..." <br />As the Langus rehandling site dredge material (the original source of fill <br />material for the subject property) has been committed to capping the Tulali� <br />landfill and also for possibie use by the Port of Everett for prepazation of th <br />former Weyerhaeuser northeast site, Mr. Buse has been unable to complete <br />the fill of h�s site.
