The dispensing of Class I or Class II liquids.
Before a permit may be issued by the Fire Prevention Bureau, it may be
necessary that:
1. An Application for Permit be canpleted and submitted to the Fire
Prevention Bureau.
2. Plans be submitted to the Fire Prevention Bureau for review and
approval.
3. An inspection of the premises be conducted to ascertain the
suitability for the intenied use.
Article 79 sets forth specific requirements for the installation of fuel
storage tanks and the d.ispensing equipment. Regulations are spelled out for
the dispensig process itself.
