(Lead agencies may modify this form to include additional specific information on <br />project description.) <br />The Smith Island Landfill site is located on Smith Island in Snohomish County. Smith Island <br />is a distributary bar of the Snohomish River and is located on the north side of the main <br />channel of the Snohomish River between the cities of Everett and Marysville. The location <br />of the site is presented in Figure 1. The current layout of the site and the associated <br />wastewater treatment system are shown in Figure 2. The two proposed projects are <br />described below. <br />
