Smith Island is a distributary bar of the Snohomish River and is located on the north side of the main channel of the Snohomish River between the cities of Everett and Marysville. The location of the site is presented in Figure 1. The current layout of the site and the associated wastewater treatment system are shown in Figure 2. The two proposed projects are described below.
