Proposed Use: 1710 32nd - Two residential unite and a 924 square foot office i 3201 Wetmore - office occupied by the Snohomish County-Camano Board of Realtors Legal Description: lots 1 & 2, Block 766, Plat of Everett, according to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 3 of Plat, p. 32, Records of Snohomish County Zoning: R-5, Core Area Residential Parking Requirement: A total of 19 off-street parking spaces are required by Code; however, a variance was granted Oct. 7, 1988, to allow seven off-street parking spaces for the two buildings (Variance 632-88). A permit for the above described change of use is hereby granted with the following condition: 1. The Applicant must obtain a Building Permit for the change of use. Plans are required to ensure compliance of the new use to Uniform Building Code (UBC) requirements. I 12. All conditions of Variance No. 32-88 as listed below must be met: I A. The Applicant is able to provide four parking spaces on the site and two of those parking spaces must be .signed for the residential use on the site; I B. The Applicant must provide the City with a copy of a one-year lease with option to renew for one year for the other three required parking spaces within 300 feet of the property; i C. This variance is valid only for the current use. Any further change of use will require a new applicatinn for a use permit and variance. 3.
