, <br />-. <br />1, The corner at 35th and Colby is a dangerous intersection now <br />before any increased traffic is experienced, <br />2. The proposed building would create an undesirable shading effect <br />on the surrounding area. <br />Mr. Dennis Barca of 5414 Fleming is a property owner at 32nd and <br />Broadway and was also against the granting of the variance namely <br />because of the influx of traffic the new proposal would cause. <br />There was no further comment from the audience. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering all the <br />facts and testimony it was moved by Mr. Zook, seconded by Mr. Kri.stiansen <br />and unanimously carried to grant the applicants request as it meets <br />all the requirements of Section 19,70.060 of the Everett Municipal <br />Code, Paragraphs 1,2,3 and 4. <br />It was then explained to the audience that the Board was only ruling on <br />the setbacks that were requested and that all other code requirements <br />including building, traffic, and parking would have to be complied with <br />before a building permit could be issued. <br />On motion the meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m, <br />� <br />J�--' . ,. . �... ` .. . �. ; .. <br />Kenneth Callahan, Secretary <br />Board of Adjustment <br />(6) <br />
