The request meets neighborhood and community needs, <br />2. The lot size is a pre-existing condition. <br />3, The R-5 zoning of the property is a high potential and high <br />density zoning. <br />Mr. John Lake, an owner of pruperty in the aea, was opposed to the <br />E qranting of the variance and presented and explained the following <br />i items: <br />j 1.
