The <br />rep,ort that follows has been prepazed based on that inspecdon. The primary purpose of the <br />inspection and this report is to evaluate the structural condition of the house for purpose:; of <br />adding an additional floor on top of the existing building. This inspection was performed by and <br />report written by John J. Pittman, P.E. Further it has been reviewed by Louis F. Caviezel, <br />P.E., President of Criterium-Caviezel Engineers. <br />The purpose of this inspection and report is to evaluate the current condition of the foundation <br />system of this building and to determine what, if any, significant maintenance, repairs, and/or <br />replacement to this system might be expected within the next few years. <br />This inspection report is limited to observx6ons made from visual evidence. No destructive or <br />invasive testing was performed.
