The primary purpose of the inspection and this report is to evaluate the structural condition of the house for purpose:; of adding an additional floor on top of the existing building. This inspection was performed by and report written by John J. Pittman, P.E. Further it has been reviewed by Louis F. Caviezel, P.E., President of Criterium-Caviezel Engineers. The purpose of this inspection and report is to evaluate the current condition of the foundation system of this building and to determine what, if any, significant maintenance, repairs, and/or replacement to this system might be expected within the next few years. This inspection report is limited to observx6ons made from visual evidence. No destructive or invasive testing was performed.
