Present <br />condidon could contribute or cause the deterioration of other adjoining <br />elements or systems. Repair or replacement is required. <br />All radngs aze determined by comparison to other buildings af similaz age and construction type. <br />Furth.er, some details of workmanship and materials will be examined more closely in higher <br />qual' cy homes where such details of workmanship and materials typically become more relevant. <br />Ti.is report is based on an examination of the structure. This report is an opinion about the <br />condition of this portion of the building. It is based on evidence available during a diligent <br />inspection of al] reasonably accessible areas. No surface materials were removed, no destructive <br />testing undertaken, nor fumishings moved. This report is not an exhaustive technical evaluation. <br />Such an evaluation wnuld cost many times more. <br />As Professional Engineers, it is our responsibility to evaluate available evidence relevant to the <br />purpose of this inspection. We are not, however, responsible for conditions that could not be <br />seen or were not within the scope of our service at the time of the inspecGon. <br />DESCRIPTIOIV <br />This house is a one story residence with wood on the exterior walls and an asphalt/fiberglass <br />shingle roof surfacing. There is a basement under the back right corner of this buildi�g. There <br />is a crawl space under the rest of this building which was accessible for inspection. For <br />purposes of this report, all directions (left, right, rear, etc.) aze taken from the viewpoiht of an <br />observer standing in front of the building and facing it. <br />STRUCTURE <br />The basic construction of this building consists of � <br />foundation walls, with a column-girder system for <br />members.
