See Review <br />Process I#04-028 and Appeal #04-001 for details. <br />Decision: i hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s) are <br />recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br />at the time of construction. This certification is subject to revocation if it is found that the <br />iniormaiion upon which this decision was based is erroneous.
