The type of material present within the slope. <br />2. The gradient of the slope. <br />3. The presence or absence of water within the slope <br />4. The condition of adjacent slopes in the area. <br />These items as they relate to the site were discussed in detail in section 3.6. This <br />discussion indicates that the area slopes are stable. However, because of the <br />steepness of the area slopes, specific attention needs to be made to construction <br />methods used to insure that the proposed construction does not have any adverse <br />affect on the slopes.
