Novaek Property
510 Place
Everett, Wa.
99-11.10
4 inch
100
1/4 inch
25 to 75
no. 40
5 to 25
no. 200
0 to 5
4.4 Slope Stability Considerations
As discussed previously in section 3.6, the major factors that are considered when
evaluating the stability of slopes are:
1. The type of material present within the slope.
2. The gradient of the slope.
3. The presence or absence of water within the slope
4. The condition of adjacent slopes in the area.
These items as they relate to the site were discussed in detail in section 3.6. This
discussion indicates that the area slopes are stable. However, because of the
steepness of the area slopes, specific attention needs to be made to construction
methods used to insure that the proposed construction does not have any adverse
affect on the slopes. Specifically, the following items need to be included within the
design for the site development:
I
I 12 GES, Inc.
