Novack Property <br />5P Place <br />Everett, Wa. <br />5.0 CLOSURE <br />99-11-10 <br />Based upon our field and office studies; it is our opinion that it is feasible from a <br />geotechnical and geological standpoint, if the recommendations contained within <br />this report are followed, to develop the site for the proposed single family residence. <br />The conclusions and recommendations contained in this report are based on the <br />observed conditions at the time of the site reconnaissance, our subsurface <br />exploration program and upon our understanding of the proposed project. The <br />number, location and depth of the explorations were completed within the site and <br />proposal constraints so as to yield information that could be used to formulate our <br />recommendations. Some variations in the subsurface soil types, soil stability, and in <br />the embankment configuration may be observed or occur during construction. These <br />variations may possibly impact certain aspects of the proposed construction. <br />Additionally, future integrity of the site improvements depend upon proper site <br />preparation and construction procedures. GES is available on a limited basis to <br />provide construction inspection services as recommended in this report and to make <br />on -site assessments of changed conditions as necessary during construction. If a <br />problem arises or comes to the attention of the property owner or the contractor <br />during construction, we are available to answer any geotechnical questions that <br />might come up. <br />21 GES, Inc. <br />
