SECTION 01200 <br />MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES <br />D. In addition to the requirements specified above, all submittals shall conform to the <br />applicable requirements of specification section "Submittals". <br />v: <br />E. No payment for any of the listed initial mobilization items will be made until all of the <br />listed items have been completed to the satisfaction of the Resident Engineer. <br />The lump sum allowance in the Bid Form for the bid item "Initial Mobilization" will be <br />retained by Sound Transit as the agreed, estimated value of completing all the <br />initial mobilization items listed.
