Furnishing and installing all temporary facilities and controls as needed for the safe and proper completion of the work, including utilities, sanitary facilities, barriers and enclosures, fences, staging and entrance areas, and field offices, as specified. 13. Submittal and approval of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan. 14. Submittal of Hazardous and Contaminated Substance Health and Safety Plan. 15. Furnishing and installing project signs, as specified.
