SECTION 01308 <br />CONTRACTOR'S PROJECT ORGANIZATION <br />PART1-GENERAL <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />A. Provide project organization information indicating Contractor's project personnel and <br />contact information, and their experience records for approval. <br />1.02 RELATED WORK DESCRIBED ELSEWHERE <br />A. Contractual requirements for submittals: <br />1. General Provisions. <br />2. Section 01330 — Submittals. <br />1.03 QUALIFICATIONS <br />A. Full-time contract project personnel shall be dedicated to the project for specified tasks and <br />have the following qualifications: <br />1. Project Manager: Project Manager shall have a minimum of seven (7) years of <br />documented experience of managing multiple crew projects of similar nature to this <br />project. Projects considered "similar' shall be: <br />a.) Projects with multiple crews operating on multiple shifts; <br />b.) Projects of similar scale and contract amount with a duration of more than six (6) <br />months. <br />2. Superintendent: Superintendent shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of <br />documented experience on projects of similar nature to this project. Projects <br />considered "similar" shall be: <br />a.) Projects with multiple crews operating on multiple shifts; <br />b.) Projects of similar scale and contract amount with a duration of more than six (6) <br />months. <br />1.04 REQUIRED SUBMITTALS <br />A. Submit a project organization diagram, and qualifications and resumes, for your project <br />management team, outlining areas of responsibility and authority. Submit the qualifications <br />for individuals that are proposed for each of the positions indicated below. As a minimum, <br />include on your project team the following personnel: <br />1.
