The individual within the General Contractor's organization authorized to make contract <br />commitments (if other than the Project Manager). <br />3. Project Manager for the project. <br />4. Full-time, on -site, Superintendent. <br />5. The individual responsible for preparation and maintenance of ;he project schedule. <br />6. The individual responsible for the Quality Control program. <br />7. On -Site Health and Safety supervisor/officer. <br />8. Temporary Erosion Control Supervisor. <br />9. On Site Certified Industrial Hygenist. <br />B. Contractor's initial project organization submittals are required at the pre -construction <br />meeting that will occu prior to the issuance of Notice to Proceed. <br />C. Keep organization diagram current. <br />D. Resubmit qualifications for approva! by the RESIDENT ENGINEER whenever above <br />personnel changes. <br />E. Sound Transit reserves the right to accept or reject the Contractor's proposed personnel.
