SECTION 01310 <br />PROJECT MEETINGS <br />PART 1- GENERAL <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />A. This Section identifies the responsibilities of the Contractor and Owner's Representatives <br />regarding project meetings during construction. These responsibilities include, but are not <br />limited to, the following: <br />1. Description <br />2. Authority Designation <br />3. Submittals <br />4. Agenda <br />5. Pre -installation Conferences <br />6. Minutes <br />1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE <br />A. Make particular reference to the following specification sections: <br />1. Section 01308 — Conlsactor's Project Organization. <br />2. Section 01311 — Project Coordination. <br />3. Section 01323 — Network Analysis Schedules. <br />4. Section 01336 — Submittals. <br />5. Section 01400 — Quality Control. <br />1.03 DESCRIPTION <br />A. Work included: <br />1. In general, project meetings will be held w, ;kly at the job site in accordance with a <br />mutua!ly acceptable schedule. The Resident Engineer will conduct project meetings <br />throughout the construction period. <br />2. The purpose of the project meetings is to enable orderly review of progress during <br />construction and to provide for syster.-atic discussion and analysis of problems that <br />might arise between Sound Transit, and Designer, and/or Contractor relative to <br />execution of the Work. <br />3. Special meetings called at the discretion of the Resident Engineer. <br />B.
