SECTION 01310 <br />PROJECT MEETINGS <br />The Contractor's relations with its subcontractors and material suppliers, and _- <br />discussions relative thereto, and the Contractor's responsibility as described in the <br />General Provisions are not part of project meetings content. <br />1.04 AUTHORITY DESIGNATION <br />A. Persons designated by the Contractor to attend and participate in project meetings shall <br />have all required authority to commit the Contractor to solutions as agreed upon in the <br />project meetings. <br />1.05 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Agenda Items: To the maximum extent possible, advise the Resident Engineer at least <br />twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the project meeting regarding any agenda items <br />desired to be discussed. <br />1.06 AGENDA <br />A. Project Meetings <br />1. The Resident Engineer will conduct weekly meetings at the Project Site to coordinate the <br />Work, answer questions, and resolve problems. <br />2. Location: Field office at the Project site. <br />3. Attendance: <br />a.) Resident Engineer <br />b.) Architect and Consultants as needed <br />c.) Contractor's project manager and superintendent <br />d.) Major subcontractors <br />e.) Others, as appropriate <br />Such meetings may include, but are not limited to, review of: Outstanding Action Items, <br />Safety, Technical Concerns, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Architec!ural, Civil, As - <br />Built Review, Submittals, Fabrication, RFIs, RFPs, Schedule Review and Projection of <br />Work including Contractor's presentation of Contractor's updated three week look -ahead <br />schedule covering the current week and the two weeks immediately following, <br />Procurement, Job Concerns, Action Items, and Summary. <br />5. All items to be discussed shall be brought up at the time the appropriate agenda item is <br />discussed. All attendees shall familiarize themselves with the agenda for the particular <br />meeting and be prepared in advance with their items for discussion. <br />B. Special Meetings <br />1.
