SECTION 01310 <br />PROJECT MEETINGS <br />1.07 PRE -INSTALLATION CONFERENCES <br />A. When required in individual Specification Sections and/or as requested, convene pre - <br />installation conference at work Site prior to commencing work of Section. <br />Require attendance of parties directly affecting, or affected by, work of specific Section. <br />C. Notify the Resident Engineer four (4) work cloys in advance of meeting date. <br />D. Prepare agenda, preside at conference, record minutes, and distribute copies within two (2) <br />work days after confe once to participants. <br />E. Review conditions of installation, preparation and installation procedures, and coordination <br />with related work. <br />1.08 MINUTES <br />A. The Resident Engineer will compile minutes (unless otherwise arranged/agreed) of each <br />project meeting and will distribute copies to all interested parties. <br />The minutes compiled by the Resident Engineer will be the record minutes and all <br />clarifications and/or corrections shall be transmitted in writing to the Resident Engineer <br />within fourteen (14) calendar days of date of receipt of the minutes or unless noted during <br />the next scheduled meeting under the appropriate agenda item. Transmitted corrections <br />shall be legibly submitted on company letterhead. <br />C.
