SECTION 01400 <br />QUALITY CONTROL <br />1.03 CONSTRUCTION WORK PLANS <br />A. A Construction Work Plan (CWP) is a detailed description of a specific Work activity. <br />B. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a list of CWPs to the Resident Engineer. The list <br />will, at minimum, include those CWPs specifically identifi( d in the technical specifications <br />included in Divisions 2 through 16. The Resident Engineer may add CWPs to the list. Upon <br />approval of the CWP list, prepare and submit a CWP for each of the listed Work activities. <br />No Work shall begin without Sound Transit acceptance of a CWP. <br />C. As a minimum, each CWP shall include: <br />1. Scope of Work. <br />2. List of persons responsible for supervision of the Work <br />3. List of required submittals, drawings, and job hazard analysis <br />4. Planned start work date, progress rate expected, and work hours <br />5. Sequence of avenls and construction methods for performing the Work, including <br />materials and equipment to be used. Include Sound Transit inspection requirements, <br />as specifically identified in technical specifications Divisions 2 through 16. <br />6. List of all required tests and inspections <br />7. Prerequisite activities and related safely issues <br />8. Potential conflicts and necessary coordination with other work <br />9. Off -site activities and locations <br />10. Procedures for controlling hazardous materials, as applicable <br />11. Actions defined as "Special Events", which may expose the general public to danger <br />or inconvenience, and which may require a third party to be notified. <br />1.04 READINESS REVIEW <br />A. Upon acceptance of a CWP and before associated Work activities, a Readiness Review <br />Meeting (Pre -Installation Conference) will be conducted by the Contractor with at minimum <br />and as applicable, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Foreman, Inspectors, the Resident Engineer, <br />and third party representatives to discuss all elements contained in the CWP. <br />B. The Contractor will document the meeting with an agenda and minutes of the meeting <br />including an attendance record in accordance with the requirements of specification section <br />PROJECT MEETINGS. <br />1.05 QUALITY CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSUPANCE SAMPLING, TESTING, AND INSPECTION <br />TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR <br />Capital Projects Commuter Rail 01400-2 IFB No. RTAICP 21-06 <br />Everett Station Phase 2 QUALITY CONTROL <br />
