Full compensation for conforming to these provisions will be considered as <br />included in lhe prices paid for the various Contract items of the Work and no <br />additional compensation will be allowed therefore. <br />SP-9.01 COMPLIANCE PREREQUISITE TO PAYMENT <br />Section 9.01 of the General Provisions is modified as follows: <br />Replace paragraph A ot Section 9.01, Compliance Prerequisite to Payment, with the <br />following: <br />A. Payment to the Contractor shall be based upon approval of the payment request <br />by Sound Transit, and Work performE� in conformance with the Contract.
