1.08 <br />1.09 <br />1.10 <br />SECTION 01110 <br />SUMMARY OF WORK <br />PERMITS OBTAINED BY SOUND TRANSIT <br />A. Sound Transit has already, or will have by the date of Bid Opening, acquired the permits <br />listed below. Applicable terms and ccnditions of such permits have b�en identified in the <br />Contract Drawings, and the Contractor is responsible for complying therewith. Copies of <br />said permits will be furnished to tiie Contractor upon Notice to Proceed. <br />Construction Stormwaler General Permit, permit # WAR-007330, copy appended at the <br />end of this specification section. <br />2. Public V'/orks Permit <br />3. Building Permit. <br />PERMITS TO BE OBTAINED BY CONTRACTOR <br />A. Th e Contractor is responsible for securing and paying for any and aIi additional, pe; mits <br />re.quired for the Work. <br />B. The Contractor is responsible for meeting all of the requirements specified andlor associated <br />with each permit. <br />C. The CoMractor is responsible (or transferring coverage, for all ot the site of the Work, under <br />Construction Stormwater General Permit, permit # WAR-007330, to lhe Contractor as New <br />Permittee. The procedure for Transfer of Coverage and l'ransfer of Coverage Form are <br />appended at the end of this specification section for the Contractor's use. Upon transfer of <br />said permit, lhe Contractor is responsible for paying all associated permit fees, for complying <br />with, and paying for, all requirements of the permit, and for terminating the permit at the <br />appropriate time. <br />REFERENCE DOCUMENTS <br />A. Reference Documents are available for review by the Bidders at Sound Transit Contracts <br />Division from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays. Data and information contained in the <br />reference documents listed below is for ihe Contractor's information. Sound Transit shall <br />not be responsible for any interpretations or conclusions drawn from the data or information <br />by ihe Contractor. <br />1.
