ATTACHMENT A TO SECTION 01900 <br />REVISIONS TO THE STA"�DaRD PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />SECTION 9-34, PAVEMENT MARKING MATERIAL <br />April 3, 2006 <br />9-34.2 Paint <br />This section is revised to read: <br />W hite and yellow paint shall comply wiLi ihe specifications tor high volatile organic compound (VOC) <br />solvent based paint, low VOC solve�d based paint ur low VOC waterborne paint. Blue paint for <br />"Access Parking Space Symbol wiSh Background" shall be chosen irom a WSDOT QPL listed <br />Manufacturer. The blue color shall match Fed Standard 595, color 15090 and ihe tolerance of <br />variation shall match that shown in the FHWA "Highway Blue Color Tolerance Chart " <br />9-34.3 Plastic <br />This section is revised to read: <br />White and yellow plastic pavement marking materials shall comply with the speciticalions for: <br />Type A— �iquid hot apolied thermoplastic <br />Type B— Pre-tormed tused thermoplastic <br />Type C— Cold applied pre-formed tape <br />Type D— Liquid cold applied methyl methacrylate <br />Blue plastic pavement marking material for "Access Parking Space Symbol with Background" shall <br />be chosen from a WSDOT QPL listed Manufacturer.
