T SOUNDTRANSIT <br />�OcaoL-acl'/ <br />Dear Recipient: <br />This Addendum describes the proposed change to the Everett Station east parking lot <br />design resulting front the incorporation of a 0.3 acre parcel to the total site. The <br />Addendum discusses the difference in the current parking lot layout and access front the <br />site plan included in the 1999 EIS for the Everett -- Seattle Commuter Rail Project. <br />Based on the evaluation summarized in this Addendum, Sound Transit has determined <br />that the proposed change will not substantially change the analysis of significant impacts <br />and alternatives in the existing environmental documents, and no new probable <br />significant environmental impacts would result. <br />Additional copies of this addendum are available upon request by contacting Val Batey <br />in Capital Projects at (206) 398-51 17 or batewOtsoundunnsit.org.
