(MPA) report entitled "Geotechnical Report: Proposed Sounder Everett Station Facility, Everett, Washington (ZGF Project No. 90524.01)" dated 4 October 2001, which was submitted to ZGF, INCA and Sound Transit. This addendum presents the geotechnical engineering recommendations completed by MPA for the design and construction of the proposed Sound Transit Parking Lot in Everett, Washington. Zimmer Gunsel Frasca (ZGF) and INCA Engineers both have copies of the original 2001 report; it has NOT been included with this addendum. Project Description Please see MPA 2001 report. Authorization Our work was conducted in general accordance with our proposal letter dated 6 December 2005 and submitted to Zimmer Gunsel Frasca Partnership by email. We received verbal Notice to Proceed for the proof rolling and coring from Val Baley of Sound Transit effective 13 December 2005. This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of Zimmer Gunsel Frasca Partnership and its authorized agents, for specific application to this project in accordance with generally accepted geotechnicalkivil engineering practices. Purpose and Scope of Work The purpose of this addendum was to: • Assess surface and subsurface conditions along the off site stormwater pipeline route; Assess the suitability of on -site soils for pavement subgrade and landscaping purposes; and Provide geotechnical recommendations related to pavement design and site grading.
