The muting is from the movement over <br />the surface by the loaded truck because the soil <br />is very wet. No soft areas of concern were found <br />by probing. The contractor, when done hauling, <br />should let dry, smooth, rough and rc-roll these <br />surface areas. <br />Photo 6 shows the current excavation of <br />contaminated material. <br />Photo 7 shows the worst mlted area. It is where <br />trucks enter site at north end.
