Plan Check N 40946 <br />July 28, 1993 <br />Page Two of Two <br />9. 1-hour occupancy separation between a garage (M-1 occupancy) and a <br />dwelling (R-3 occupancy) is required, the separation may be limited to the <br />installation of materials approved for one -hour fire -resistive construction on <br />the garage side and a self -closing, tight -fitting solid wood door 1/38 inches in <br />thickness, or a 20-minute rated door with a self -closer. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Department with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />Upon re -submittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan <br />review recommence. <br />All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to <br />ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted <br />codes. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jeff Heilman <br />Development Technician <br />.Ujhpkk78 <br />
