The residence was built in 1908. 'rile subject parcel lies in the RI <br />zone which has a 20 foot front setback, 20 foot rear setback, 5 foot interior side <br />setback, and 10 foot street side setback. The residence does not meet the current 20 <br />foot front setback and 10 foot side street setback requirement(s) per the zoning code. <br />The applicant's site plan shows that the residence is setback 2' from the eastern <br />property line which is considered the street property line. The residence is <br />approximately 17 feet from the front property line with a 5 foot wide by 11 foot long <br />covered porch located in it decreasing the setback to 12 feet. <br />Decision: <br />I herebv find that the above described non -conformity existed prior to the City's <br />adoption of zoning code regulations for the subject property. This certification is <br />subject to revocation if it is found that the inforniation upon which it is based is <br />eroneous and/or false. <br />/12 <br />
