Non -Conforming Building Certification, NCB #106-014 <br />May 30, 2006 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The porch that the applicant wishes to replace cannot be greater than 5 feet wide by <br />11 feet long and be closer than 12 linear feet from the front property line. Said porch <br />also must maintain the existing 2 foot side street setback.
