These comments <br />address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2006 International <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett and the <br />Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be ,iecessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. The mininitttii allowable stairway riser height is 7 inches. The minimum tread depth is I <br />inches. IBC 1009.3. <br />2. Stairway handrails are required to be extended at the top and bottom in accordance with IBC <br />1012.5. <br />3. The restrooms are required to be accessible in accordance with IBC 1109.
