Stair treads dimensioned as less than 11 inches. <br />2. Stair risers dimensioned as more than 7 inches. <br />3. Handrail extensions not shown in Section A/1. <br />4. A horizontal handrail extension at the bottom of the stairway in Section D/2. <br />5. The upper floor restrooms do not comply with accessibility requirements.
