The adequacy of streets, utilities, and public services to accommodate the <br />proposea use. <br />e. The 186 square foot expansion to the existing building will allow mechanical <br />1�� equipment and storage. It will not impact lot size, parking, landscaping, pedestrian <br />circulation, public safety, utilities, public services, or adequacy of sireets. <br />�� 7. The propo�ed expansion wili provide an adjunct to service the general area. No <br />new signs are proposed for the project. The existing vegetation and topography <br />remain as is. <br />r. � <br />8. The distance to adjacent residentiai land uses and overall general impact are not an <br />issue with the prcposai. <br />9. The landscaping, buffering, and screening of parking, building, and storage areas <br />are not issues. The Applicant proposes a new 47 foot long and four foot high <br />rockery wall along a portion of the south property line. This, in addition to a new <br />cedar fence, wili adequately screen the siie from other areas. <br />
