S .E , and 99th St. S .E . <br /> 2) Any story which is more than 50Pd underground is <br /> not considered a story when calculating setback <br /> requirements. <br /> 3) Building height is calculated by averaging the <br /> elevation of the ground at the foot of the major <br /> corners of the building and comparing that average <br /> elevation to the highest porticn of the building � <br /> excluding such extensions as chimneys , stairwells , <br /> and elevator shafts. <br /> As you are aware , these interpretations of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code have been discussed in depth with the Planning Department , <br /> If any additional issues should arise which Would influence� <br /> or are not covered by� this variance request � please contact <br /> our office . <br /> Sinper y, <br /> /i) � <br /> /v � <br /> ,� � �. 1 <br /> Gary D.
