4. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are <br /> based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged <br /> to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimatrd charges prior to <br /> building permit application. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public <br /> Works Department per the ordinanc2 in effect at the time and according to the <br /> information on the approved plans at the tim� of building permit issuance. <br /> 5. The driveways on 19�h Avenue SE must be removed and replaced with curb, gutter <br /> and sidewalk per City Standards. <br /> 6. The driveway is limited to right tums in and out. Signs must be installed during <br /> construction prohibiting left turns. <br /> 7. Walkways rr,ust be provided from 19"' Avenue S.E. to the entrance to the building. - <br /> 8. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 9. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute <br /> approval of these plans. <br /> 10. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet but not closer than 50 feet of every <br /> structure. <br /> 11. City streets are ±o be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 12. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems �,vill be required to be <br /> submitted per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for <br /> Development. <br /> 13. An RPBA may be required on the water service to the building. <br /> 14. Detention of storm water runoff is required in accordance with City standards. <br /> 15. Treatment of storm water runoif from paved areas must occur, per City standards, <br /> prior to discharge of the storm water from the site or to a stream or wetland. Storm <br /> water treatment is required when 5,000 square feet of pevement is created by a <br /> project. <br /> 16.
